I am so excited to be launching the shop's Siren Call blog, and am especially looking forward to creating an interactive, mutually-beneficial community with our awesome customers and followers.

A little bit about me: Hi! I'm Jessica, wife to a Star Wars enthusiast who wholeheartedly wishes he was Indiana Jones, and a mom to two awesome kiddos! I work part-time as a tax CPA and highly enjoy reading, yoga, and Sees chocolate. Oh, and wine. I love going to concerts, hanging out with my girlfriends, and traveling up the coast with my little family. I feel incredibly blessed to be meeting so many wonderful people through this company, and am excited to continue connecting with you all.

And now, a little bit about my shop: Motivated by my love of fashion and a desire to connect with something I was truly passionate about, I started Salt + Sirena in October 2014, after six years of navigating my way through a demanding, male-dominated profession. My mission, and the shop’s by extension, is something I truly believe in and am passionate about. Women supporting each other, self-love, and mental health are all priorities in my life, and I make a conscious effort to really have it shine through in everything I do — from meaningfully engaging on social media, to hand-writing each customer a personalized thank-you note, to curating collections for the shop. Nothing about Salt + Sirena is thoughtless. It’s all a reflection of how much I genuinely care about my customers feeling beautiful, happy, and empowered.
