Local Pick-up: Due to COVID-19, all local pick-ups must be done in north Escondido (92026) and are contact-less. If you choose "Local Pick-Up" at checkout, your order will not be shipped. I will e-mail you within 3 business days to coordinate a date and time. Thank you for your patience and support!
Domestic Shipping: I offer discounted flat-rate shipping of $3.75, $5.25 and $6.50, depending on weight. I ship to all 50 states and territories of the United States of America. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Free shipping on orders of $75 or more in the contiguous United States only* (please see additional note below).
International Shipping: Shipping is calculated at checkout, and reflects USPS pricing. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Eco-friendly Packaging: I use biodegradable, recycled boxes, 100% recycled mailers and minimal packaging in your orders, in an effort to reduce waste and be eco-friendly!
Any bubble wrap or large air bags in your order are re-used from the shop's vendor shipments and were not purchased. I highly encourage you to re-use or recycle these materials.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
I do everything I can to ensure the quality of my products and to provide accurate photos and product descriptions. Special care is taken in packaging and shipping.
Eco-friendly Collection: For hygienic reasons, and due to the custom/handmade nature of the products in the Eco-friendly Collection, all sales of these items are final.
If there are any problems with your order, please e-mail me within 5 days of receipt, with details and a photo of the product in question. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and I promise to do my best to resolve any issue.
Clothing: I accept exchanges of any unworn, unwashed clothing with all tags, including Salt + Sirena tags, still attached. Please e-mail me at email@example.com to coordinate an exchange within 7 days of delivery, and use "Exchange" as the subject line.
I reserve the right to reject an item for exchange that is not in the original condition in which it was sent and received. If an exchange is not possible, you will receive store credit for the full amount, less return shipping.
Jewelry/Accessories: All jewelry and accessories are final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on accessories.
