Local Pick-up: We offer local pick-up in Escondido and San Marcos, CA. If you choose "Local Pick-Up" at checkout, your order will not be shipped. We will contact customers through e-mail within 3 business days to coordinate a date, time and location. Popular pick-up spots are in front of the Escondido or San Marcos public libraries and various Starbucks around town. Love getting a chance to thank you in person!
Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states and territories of the United States of America. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Free shipping on orders of $75 or more in the contiguous United States only* (please see additional note below).
International Shipping: We ship to Canada and Mexico through the website, and to all other countries by email request only. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and reflects USPS pricing. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Killem with Chic: All tees and sweatshirts designed by Killem with Chic are shipped directly by Killem with Chic. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
Jewelry and Accessories: All jewelry and accessories, including bralettes, bags, hats and beanies, are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories.
Clearance Items ending in .97: All Clearance items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance items ending in "xx.97".
Exchange Policy: We accept exchanges of any unworn, unwashed clothing with all tags, including Salt + Sirena tags, attached. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate an exchange within 14 days of delivery and use "Exchange" as the subject line.
We reserve the right to reject an item for exchange that is not in the original condition in which it was received. If an exchange is not possible, we offer store credit.
Return Policy: We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products, to provide accurate photos and product descriptions, and we take special care in packaging and shipping. With that in mind, we do not accept any returns. However, if an exchange is not possible, we offer store credit on any unworn, unwashed clothing.
