NYE Outfit Inspiration

December 22, 2016

With New Year's Eve 2016 just a little over a week away, it's time to start planning those sparkly outfits! Our family tradition is to spend the night at my parents' house, for what we lovingly call "R2's Rocking Eve". We eat yummy food, drink palomas (#myfavorite), play games, dance, and after we celebrate midnight, my sisters and I watch a movie. It's always a great time! And even though we are technically "staying in," I still feel like it's fun and important to dress up!

In case you need some comfy but dressy outfit inspiration for the 31st, here are a few ideas with items from our shop!

White Blazer + Dark Jeans

Classic White Blazer, $61.99

Hippie Wake Up Necklace by Ettika, $74.99

Black and white blazers are such great pieces to own. They instantly dress up an outfit and give you that 'chic' factor.

Sequin Tee + Black Pants

Sequin Tee in Navy, $31.99

Sequin Tee in Plum, $31.99

Dark Side Bracelet Set, $15.99

Ivory Horn Necklace, $15.99

Out of all the outfits, this one is the most laid back and comfy. The tee feels like a lightweight sweater and is long enough to wear with skinny jeans or leggings.

Romper + Jacket

Sophia Romper, on sale for $35.99

I wore this exact outfit to my birthday celebration in Las Vegas earlier this year. Pair any dressy jacket or blazer over this lacy romper, and you're ready for a night out.

Stripes + Tulle

Ballerina Knee Length Skirt, on sale for $29.99 (and restocked for the last time!)

Boyfriend Tee, on sale for $19.99

 Criss Cross Bralette, $13.99

Similar necklaces, here and here, $15.99.

So many cute ways to style this skirt, both dressy and casual. And the color will make it a holiday favorite year after year.

Everything in the shop is 20% off all December with the code: CHEERS, and a few of the items featured have been marked down for double savings - woohoo!

Thank you again for all of the love and support you've given us this year! Wishing you all a lovely 2017! xo, Jess

***My hubby calls my dad R2 because, in Spanish, R2D2 from Star Wars goes by Arturito and my dad's name is Arturo. Hence - R2's Rocking Eve! Here's a link to my dad's "famous" Paloma recipe: The Paloma. You'll be thanking me later ;)
